  • Ad-hoc management for any changes, assist to line manager to minimize the write-off cost, and control product shelf life.
  • Manage Min Max in stores effectively to avoid OOS or overstock,
  • Making replenishment plan by Sku by store, allocate plan, optimizing inventory based on Day on hand by store. Follow up replenishment planning and work with 3PL and make sure supply meet demand
  • Support all aspects of day-to-day Operations, work with internal and external parties to ensure completion of schedule.
  • Develop SOPs for 3PL and KFM. Working with other departments for new procedures related to Replenishment & Warehouse team
  • Collaborate all paperwork related to reconcile stock, stocktake, and check billing list from 3PL
  • Planning resource and deliver plan with 3PL, tracking inventory control
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager


  • At least 2-year (or more) experience working in demand and supply field, 3PL management
  • Have management experience
  • Essential Capabilities: Carefully, Negotiate skills, Communication skills
  • Personal laptop required
